We are professional yet relaxed to work with. I only work with like minded people, those who are open minded, growth orientated and willing to challenge themselves to improve their business. You could call me a low key, down to earth, relationship driven Business Coach. You won’t find me giving you a big sales pitch, or trying to twist your arm, you either value your customers loyalty or you don’t, its that simple, and if you do, I am sure you will be continually looking for ways to improve and increase the loyalty of your customers, and your business growth and value.
While most businesses, regardless of industry, size or location, are facing the same issues when it comes to improving the experience they deliver, we know there is no “one size fits all”. Business success means different things to different people and that is why we approach each client’s situation as unique and work with you to develop customised, simple, practical and cost effective strategies, to help improve your business and drive it forward.
We’re Coaches first, consultants second
We prefer to educate and show you how to do things (the coach) rather than just tell you what to do and leave you to it, or do it all for you without any knowledge transfer (the consultant). This is because the more control you take of the process, the more you build your internal capabilities, the stronger the commitment from you and your team and the more sustainable and valuable your results will be. That’s why we keep our approach very practical & simple, but highly effective and valuable.
We are not afraid to “roll our sleeves up” and be hands on in what we do for you – in fact the more interaction the better as most people learn and retain more when shown rather than just being told what to do.
A good coach will be there beside you, helping, encouraging, guiding, advising you and when needed stepping in to show you how to do things. That is where our value to you lies – in our ongoing expertise and guidance where and when you need it. This also keeps the costs down for you as you are not paying us to do things that you could be doing.
Long term – the less reliance you have on us to make things succeed the better – but we are always only a call or e-mail away if you need us. If however you just don’t have the time, the in-house resources but want to improve your business then there is an option for us to be your ‘CCO’, – Customer Conscious Officer. This means we can be the voice of your customer, or if you have an Advisory Board, we can represent your customers on that board – see the benefits of having a Customer Experience representative on your Advisory Board or aligned with your business.

To survive and prosper in the future businesses are going to have to be customer centric in their market and industry. Becoming customer centric creates competitive advantage and based on more than 30 years of Business Advisory and Business Coaching experience we totally believe that being customer centric or not will be the definite determiner of long term business success or not!!

As an individual, I am an avid Surfer, Paddle boarder, and family man, with a dry sense of humour and a passion for seeing people and businesses succeed.
